Damaged lintels can cause structural cracking, instability and water penetration, and they can be very challenging to replace.

A lintel is a horizontal support of timber, stone, concrete or steel across the top of a door or window. It can be a load-bearing part of the building, a decorative architectural element, or both.

In OneVision's lintel replacement process, stainless steel bars and/or ties are bonded into the brickwork with resin or grout to create a masonry lintel. This kind of support is cost-effective and gives the strength and rigidity needed to install replacement uPVC windows and doors.

New lintels give the masonry a longer life.

2. **Helifix dry wall ties**
3. **Replacement concrete or steel lintels**
