About the Building
The Peninsula Apartments is a premier residential complex featuring unique lifestyle qualities of luxury apartment living in the Centre of Manly, just meters from the beach, shops, restaurants, transport and medical facilities. The complex includes 165 residential apartments, 15 specialty shops and restaurants, a Coles supermarket, and basement car parking for both public and private vehicles. It is Manly’s largest and most complex residential development, with 3 strata plans. The Peninsula has three buildings and four elevators.
P R O J E C T S
OneVision has carried out the services below to assist the building occupants in reducing the amount of water ingress issues throughout various locations on the building. Working closely with our clients engineer, investigations were carried out to determine the ingress issues and the best methodology of works. We successfully rectified the issues in the locations that we worked on. We also installed an appropriate access safety system so the ongoing maintenance can be carried in the future. This includes window, pressure, gutter cleaning and any repairs the building requires in the future via rope access method.
