# Privacy policy

## Who we are

OneVision Project Services Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 20 162 893 307) ("OneVision", "we") is a building remedial and facade contractor based in Cronulla, NSW. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

## What we collect

When you request a quote, fill in one of our forms or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, company or strata plan, role, email, phone, building address, the services you need, a description of the work, how you would like us to contact you and any photos or files you upload.

## If you don't give us your details

You don't have to give us your personal information, but if you don't, we may not be able to quote or respond to you.

## How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, inspect and quote on your building, deliver and report on work, and keep you on a maintenance schedule if you ask us to. We do not sell your information.

## Photos you upload

Photos are used to understand and price the work. They are stored with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Sydney and sent with your request to service@onevision.au. Please avoid images that show residents, unit numbers or car plates. We never publish your photos without your permission.

## Who we share it with

Only people who need it to do the work: our staff, licensed partners and subcontractors on your job, and the service providers that host our website and email. They must keep it confidential.

## Storage and security

Quote requests and other forms sent through this website, and the photos and files attached to them, are stored with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Sydney (ap-southeast-2) and emailed to our office at service@onevision.au. We keep information only as long as we need it for the job, our records and the law.

## Overseas storage

Our office email runs on Google Workspace, which may store data outside Australia. If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta), which may also store them outside Australia.

## Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, please raise a complaint with us first, by email to service@onevision.au or by calling 1300 555 300. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
