Project management is the use of processes, methods, knowledge, skills and experience to achieve a project's objectives. OneVision provides it on site and off site, on every contract we take on.

Running a project well takes a project manager with strong multi-tasking, analytical thinking, communication and organisational skills.

Our assessors, consultants, project managers, technicians and administrators, all people we work closely with, carry out and manage these services.

Any hours needed beyond the quoted scope of works are charged at an agreed hourly rate.

## What our project management covers

1. **A detailed schedule**: The works scheduled from initiation to completion.
2. **Quality assurance**: Inspection test plans prove each trade is working to Australian Standards. They form part of our quality assurance plan, handed to the client when the works are complete.
3. **Weekly site meetings**: With program status reports.
4. **Extensions of time in writing**: Any extension for bad weather is submitted to the principal in writing.
5. **Managing the client relationship**: The project manager makes sure your requirements are met.
6. **Work health and safety**: The project manager makes sure all works are carried out in line with OHS requirements.
