## The problem

Decorative sandstone tiles on the facade were failing and needed to come off urgently, without moving residents out.

## How we accessed it

Every tile was removed by our rope access team working from the roof, with the building occupied and the footpath kept open below.

## The result

All decorative tiles removed, emergency remedial works complete, sandstone and render repaired and handrails repainted. Completed August 2026.
