## The problem

A beachfront tower exposed to salt and sun, due for a full external repaint and repairs, with every surface at height.

## How we accessed it

The whole job was done by rope access, from pressure washing through to the final coat, with no scaffold on the building.

## The result

All external surfaces repainted, glass balustrade joints resealed and concrete repaired, delivered interstate by our own team.
