## Questions

### Do you replace cladding?

Yes. We remove non-compliant cladding and install compliant replacement panels, including work under fire orders, with the flashings, sarking and sealing around them.

### Do residents need to move out?

No. We work from ropes outside the building. On the day we are outside a unit, residents may be asked to keep windows closed and clear the balcony.

### Can you help us get approval from the strata committee?

Yes. We can attend a committee meeting or site walk, answer owners' questions, and provide our licence, insurance certificates, safety documents, references and a capability statement with similar projects.

### What's in your quote?

A clear scope of work, the access method, the materials and coating system, what's excluded, the program and staging, and the price. Where there are options, for example rope access versus scaffold, we show them side by side so the committee can compare like with like.

### Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. OneVision Project Services Australia Pty Ltd holds NSW contractor licence 295049C. We carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance up to $20 million, plus workers compensation, and send certificates of currency with every quote on request.
