## Questions

### How often should our windows be cleaned?

It depends on the building and its exposure; coastal and main-road buildings usually need more frequent cleans. One Cronulla building has had its windows cleaned every four months for more than ten years. We can book you into a regular schedule so you don’t have to organise it each time.

### Can you do the anchor recertification on the same visit as the window clean?

Yes. Most of our clients combine them, which saves a separate call-out.

### How long does an external repaint last?

It depends on the coating and the exposure. On coastal buildings we recommend a wash and touch-up about every two years to keep salt and grime from breaking the finish down early.

### What happens if the weather turns?

We stop rope work in high wind, rain or storms. The program allows for weather days, and we let the building manager know of any change.

### What do we get at handover?

A completion report with photos. We can also add the building to a routine maintenance schedule so you do not have to organise it.
