## Questions

### Can you fix concrete cancer, cracked render or loose tiles?

Yes. We repair spalling concrete, cracked render, brickwork and failing stone or tile cladding, and we make unsafe facades safe first when that's needed. Recent examples include removing all the decorative sandstone tiles from a building in Kogarah.

### How do you price the work?

We inspect first, then quote with options and the cost and benefit of each access method, so you are comparing like with like.

### What if you find more damage once work starts?

We stop, photograph it, and send the building manager a written variation with the cost before doing any extra work. Nothing extra is done without approval.

### Why choose rope access over scaffold?

It is usually faster to set up and pack down, costs less on high buildings, keeps footpaths and balconies clear, and doesn't cover the building for weeks. Where scaffold or an elevated work platform is the better option, we tell you and arrange it.

### What happens when the job is finished?

You get a completion report with before and after photos, any certificates and warranties, and a 12-month defects liability period on project work. We can then add the building to a maintenance schedule so washes, recertifications and inspections happen on time.
