## Questions

### Isn't OneVision a window cleaning company?

Window cleaning and roof anchors are where we started, and we still do them. Today most of our work is building remedial and facade upgrades: repairs, extensive water investigation, building reports, painting, cladding replacement, waterproofing and roofing on strata and commercial buildings. Our access trades work alongside our remedial building and engineering team, so we can reach every part of a building without scaffold and fix it properly.

### How do I get a quote?

Call 1300 555 300, email us, or use the quote form with a few photos. We usually inspect the building before quoting so the scope is right the first time.

### What's in your quote?

A clear scope of work, the access method, the materials and coating system, what's excluded, the program and staging, and the price. Where there are options, for example rope access versus scaffold, we show them side by side so the committee can compare like with like.

### Can you help us get approval from the strata committee?

Yes. We can attend a committee meeting or site walk, answer owners' questions, and provide our licence, insurance certificates, safety documents, references and a capability statement with similar projects.

### What if you find more damage once work starts?

We stop, photograph it, and send the building manager a written variation with the cost before doing any extra work. Nothing extra is done without approval.
