Full external repaints of occupied buildings, done from ropes so there is no scaffold across the facade or the footpath. We prepare the surface properly, apply the specified coating system and hand over with a completion report.

## Questions

### Can you repaint a whole building without scaffold?

Yes. We repaint full facades by rope access, working in drops and stages so the building stays in use. We pressure wash, repair and prepare the surfaces first, then apply the specified coating system, for example Dulux Weathershield or Emerclad.

### How long does an external repaint last?

It depends on the coating and the exposure. On coastal buildings we recommend a wash and touch-up about every two years to keep salt and grime from breaking the finish down early.

### Do residents need to move out?

No. We work from ropes outside the building. On the day we are outside a unit, residents may be asked to keep windows closed and clear the balcony.

### Why rope access instead of scaffold?

It is usually faster to set up and pack down, with no scaffold hire and no footpath closures. If scaffold or an EWP is the better option for your job, we will tell you why.

### What happens when the job is finished?

You get a completion report with before and after photos, any certificates and warranties, and a 12-month defects liability period on project work. We can then add the building to a maintenance schedule so washes, recertifications and inspections happen on time.
