Roof replacement and repairs, box gutters, downpipes and flashings, planned with the same access and safety approach as our facade work. Roofing and plumbing work is carried out by appropriately licensed trades.

## Questions

### We have a leak and don't know where it's coming from. Can you help?

Yes. We investigate before we quote a repair: water testing, flood testing of balconies and awnings, and checking roofs, box gutters, flashings, window seals and brickwork. You get a report with photos showing the cause and the recommended fix.

### Is rope access safe?

Yes, when it is done properly. Every job has a site-specific risk assessment and Safe Work Method Statement, a rescue plan, and technicians trained and certified for rope access. We follow Australian standards and NSW work health and safety law.

### What happens if the weather turns?

We stop rope work in high wind, rain or storms. The program allows for weather days, and we let the building manager know of any change.

### What's in your quote?

A clear scope of work, the access method, the materials and coating system, what's excluded, the program and staging, and the price. Where there are options, for example rope access versus scaffold, we show them side by side so the committee can compare like with like.

### What happens when the job is finished?

You get a completion report with before and after photos, any certificates and warranties, and a 12-month defects liability period on project work. We can then add the building to a maintenance schedule so washes, recertifications and inspections happen on time.
