How we accessed it

We installed and maintain the height safety system, including a Raptor facade access rail in 2018, so every visit starts from a certified, fast set-up.

Result

More than 10 years as the building’s maintenance partner: cleaning every 4 months and repairs as needed.

One Vision Project Services have been associated with our 8 storey building for over 10 years … In 2018 One Vision installed the Raptor Façade Access Rail System. The Façade Access Rail System enabled One Vision’s abseilers to safely slide along the rail(s) rather than relocating and dropping ropes every 2 – 3 metres. Since installation, the abseilers have gained easier and faster access to the building façade for ongoing maintenance, repairs and painting.
