Window cleaning
Window cleaning for high-rise and difficult access is our forte. OneVision can do a one-off clean or build a full window cleaning and maintenance program for your building.
What it is
We clean strata, commercial, industrial and residential buildings.
We grade every job on our own scale from category 1 to 5, so the scope and price match the state of the glass:
- Category 1: detergent wash, squeegee, scrim the edges and wipe down the ledges.
- Category 5: remove render, paint and calcium build-up with 000 steel wool and calcium cleaner, then detergent wash, scrim the edges and wipe down the ledges.
All high-rise and commercial window cleaning is done by our own rope access technicians, certified to IRATA or ARAA Level 2 and 3. They are trained on a wide range of height safety and facade access systems, so we can use whichever method suits the building.

How often should our windows be cleaned?
It depends on the building and its exposure; coastal and main-road buildings usually need more frequent cleans. One Cronulla building has had its windows cleaned every four months for more than ten years. We can book you into a regular schedule so you don't have to organise it each time.
Can you do the anchor recertification on the same visit as the window clean?
Yes. Most of our clients combine them, which saves a separate call-out.
