Caulking and expansion joints

What it is
Failed sealants can lead to water leaks, insulation problems and structural problems. OneVision removes and replaces ineffective or leaking sealants (caulking) and repairs expansion joints.
Expansion joints. Buildings expand and contract as the temperature changes. Airtight chambers or joints separate blocks or units of concrete so the movement doesn't crack them. Expansion joints often encase important internal piping.
Caulking. Caulks are the glue that binds the joints together. They absorb the stresses and strains as the building expands and contracts. Good caulking prevents water leaks and wall cracking, and keeps your building insulated.
