Access platforms (EWPs)
Access platforms, or elevated work platforms (EWPs), are usually hydraulic machines. Many can be operated from the ground or from inside the platform.
What it is
EWPs maximise the operator's safety: they are enclosed on a level platform, yet free to move about and do the work.
They suit low-rise elevations with clear ground access. Where an EWP is a better option than rope access, we tell you why and arrange it.
