Anchor points and rail systems
OneVision designs and installs roof anchor points and rail systems, including Raptor rail, then load tests and recertifies them so every trade has a safe place to work from.
What it is
We install anchors and rails and certify them on completion. Because our own technicians use these systems, we design them to be practical as well as compliant. See access system design.
At Tradewinds in Cronulla we installed a Raptor facade access rail in 2018. In the words of the strata secretary: "Since installation, the abseilers have gained easier and faster access to the building façade for ongoing maintenance, repairs and painting."
Anchors must be recertified at least every 12 months. Uncertified anchors must not be used, which can stop window cleaning, maintenance and repairs on your building.
